(For actors, creators, project makers, crew, investors, and location owners)

1. Visit the Website

The user arrives at your homepage and sees:

• “Participate Now”

• “Submit a Project”

• “Join a Production”

• “Contribute Your Skills”

• “Offer a Location”

• “Invest or Support”

All of these lead to one unified participation form.

2. Fill the Participation Form

The user selects their role:

• Actor

• Project Maker

• Camera / Filming

• Editing

• Production Support

• Location Owner

• Investor

• Other Contribution

They fill:

• Name

• Country & City

• Contact

• Role they want

• What they offer

• Availability

• IBAN (for profit share)

• Upload sample (optional)

Once submitted, they are added to the Project Participation Sheet.

3. Get Listed in the Project Sheet

Your system automatically places them in:

• the project name

• their city

• their role

• their participation length (once they start)

This sheet is visible to:

• project makers

• participants

• decision groups

This creates full transparency.

4. Project Maker Selects Participants

The project maker:

• reviews applicants

• selects actors, crew, editors, locations

• creates the project group

• sets the idea, rules, and scene goals

This is the start of the filmmaking process.

5. Join the Project Group

Participants join the project group where they receive:

• idea

• role guide

• scene goals

• safety rules

• contribution instructions

This group is the central hub for the entire project.

6. Film Scenes Based on the Idea

Actors:

• follow the idea

• follow the role guide

• improvise naturally

• or prepare their own act

• avoid harm, nudity, or sexual content

Camera crew:

• films freely

• adapts to movement

• captures natural reactions

Locations:

• are used as part of the scene

• count as one cast member for profit

7. Submit Each Scene for Voting

After filming:

• the scene is uploaded

• the group reviews it

• a poll is created

• participants vote: Approve / Reject

This is democratic filmmaking.

Only approved scenes move forward.

8. Continue Until the Project Is Complete

The project maker:

• organizes scenes

• sets next goals

• manages the group

• ensures safety and quality

Participants:

• keep filming

• keep voting

• keep contributing

This continues until the full content is ready.

9. Submit Final Project for Publishing

The project maker submits:

• final video

• IBAN

• profit‑share percentages

• participant list

• approval confirmation

The group votes again:

• Approve for publishing

• Reject and revise

Once approved, it becomes official content.

10. Content Is Published

Your platform publishes the content on:

• YouTube

• Your website

• Streaming partners

• Cinemas (if selected)

All under The Improvise brand.

11. Profit Distribution

Profit is shared based on:

• screen time

• cast count

• private location participation

• platform share (one cast member)

Everyone receives their fair share automatically.

Collaborators (Entities) on The Improvise

Entities such as cinema clubs, studios, organizations, production groups, or creative teams can join The Improvise as Project Makers.

They register as an entity and appear in the participation sheet like any other participant, but they hold full authority over the projects they create.

Entity Privileges

Create projects under the entity name  

• Every project displays the official entity name for branding and recognition.

Full control over project direction  

• The entity defines the idea, sets scene goals, writes role guides, adds example lines, and establishes safety rules.

Form the project’s decision‑making group  

• The entity selects the members who review scenes, approve or reject submissions, and maintain project quality.

Select participants for the project  

• The entity can accept or reject actors, crew, editors, and location providers for its own productions.

Manage the project workflow  

• The entity organizes filming, coordinates contributors, sets timelines, and ensures the project moves from start to completion.

Submit scenes and final projects for voting  

• All scenes and final content follow the platform’s democratic approval system.

Handle profit distribution for the project  

• The entity sets profit percentages, verifies participant IBANs, and submits the final distribution details.

Why Entities Register with The Improvise

Entities join The Improvise because it allows them to operate as full project owners inside a global filmmaking platform. They can create projects under their official name, direct the idea and scenes, choose their participants, form their own decision‑making group, manage the workflow, and handle profit distribution.

The Improvise also provides global visibility and attracts participants from around the world, making entity projects more appealing and increasing collaboration opportunities.

Entity Adoption Option

Registered entities have the option to adopt projects created by other participants. During registration and when submitting the participation form, the entity can choose whether it wants to adopt participant projects.

Entities that select this option will be listed on the Adoption Entities page, along with their chosen scope of adoption.

The Improvise Fee of Service

The Improvise applies a standardized service fee equal to the profit share of one cast member. This fee is calculated based on the full duration of the movie, show, or content.

As the platform functions as a core contributor to every project—providing the system, structure, tools, participation network, and democratic approval process—it receives a share identical to one cast member, using the total length of the final content as its screen‑time basis.

This ensures a fair, transparent, and consistent fee model across all projects.

Participants Obligations

By participating in The Improvise, you acknowledge and agree to all platform policies, guidelines, and terms of use. Your participation means you accept the responsibilities, rules, and obligations required to maintain a fair, safe, and transparent creative environment for all contributors.

2. تعبئة نموذج المشاركة

يختار المستخدم دوره:

• مستثمر

• أي مساهمة أخرى

ويقوم بتعبئة:

• الاسم

• الدولة والمدينة

• وسيلة التواصل

• الدور المطلوب

• نوع المساهمة

• مدة التوفر

• رقم الآيبان (للمشاركة في الأرباح)

• رفع نموذج عمل (اختياري)

بعد الإرسال، يتم إضافته إلى ورقة مشاركة المشروع.

3. إدراج المشارك في ورقة المشروع

يتم إدراج المشارك تلقائياً في:

• اسم المشروع

• المدينة

• الدور

• مدة المشاركة (بعد البدء)

هذه الورقة مرئية لـ:

• صانع المشروع

• المشاركين

• مجموعة اتخاذ القرار

وهذا يحقق الشفافية الكاملة.

4. صانع المشروع يختار المشاركين

يقوم صانع المشروع بـ:

• مراجعة المتقدمين

• اختيار الممثلين والمصورين والمونتاج والمواقع

• إنشاء مجموعة المشروع

• وضع الفكرة والقواعد وأهداف المشاهد

وهنا يبدأ عملية صناعة الفيلم.

5. الانضمام إلى مجموعة المشروع

ينضم المشاركون إلى المجموعة ويتلقون:

• فكرة المشروع

• دليل الأدوار

• أهداف المشاهد

• قواعد السلامة

• تعليمات المساهمة

هذه المجموعة هي المركز الأساسي للمشروع.

6. تصوير المشاهد حسب الفكرة

الممثلون:

• يتبعون الفكرة

• يتبعون دليل الدور

• يؤدون بشكل حر

• أو يحضرون أداءً خاصاً بهم

• بدون إيذاء، أو عري، أو محتوى جنسي

فريق التصوير:

• يصور بشكل حر

• يتكيف مع حركة الممثلين

• يلتقط ردود الفعل الطبيعية

أصحاب المواقع:

• يقدمون مواقعهم للتصوير

• ويُحسبون كعضو واحد في فريق المشهد للأرباح

7. رفع كل مشهد للتصويت

بعد التصوير:

• يتم رفع المشهد

• يقوم الفريق بمراجعته

• يتم إنشاء تصويت

• يصوت المشاركون: قبول / رفض

هذه هي صناعة الأفلام الديمقراطية.

المشاهد المقبولة فقط تنتقل للمرحلة التالية.

8. الاستمرار حتى اكتمال المشروع

صانع المشروع:

• ينظم المشاهد

• يحدد الأهداف التالية

• يدير المجموعة

• يضمن الجودة والسلامة

المشاركون:

• يستمرون في التصوير

• يستمرون في التصويت

• يستمرون في المساهمة

حتى يكتمل المحتوى النهائي.

9. رفع المشروع النهائي للنشر

يقوم صانع المشروع برفع:

• الفيديو النهائي

• رقم الآيبان

• نسب توزيع الأرباح

• قائمة المشاركين

• تأكيد الموافقة

ثم يصوت الفريق:

• قبول للنشر

• رفض وإعادة تعديل

بعد الموافقة يصبح المحتوى رسمياً.

10. نشر المحتوى

يتم نشر المحتوى على:

• يوتيوب

• موقع المنصة

• منصات البث

• السينما (إن تم اختيارها)

وذلك تحت علامة The Improvise.

11. توزيع الأرباح

يتم توزيع الأرباح حسب:

• مدة الظهور في الشاشة

• عدد المشاركين في كل مشهد

• مشاركة المواقع الخاصة

• حصة المنصة (عضو واحد كامل)

ويحصل الجميع على حصتهم بشكل عادل.

يتم تسجيل الجهة ككيان واحد وتظهر في ورقة المشاركة مثل أي مشارك آخر، لكنها تمتلك كامل الصلاحيات الخاصة بصانع المشروع في المشاريع التي تقوم بإنشائها.

صلاحيات الجهة المتعاونة

إنشاء المشاريع باسم الجهة  

• يظهر اسم الجهة الرسمي على جميع المشاريع التي تقوم بإنشائها، مما يمنحها هوية واضحة واعترافاً ضمن المنصة.

التحكم الكامل في توجيه المشروع  

• يمكن للجهة تحديد فكرة المشروع، وضع أهداف المشاهد، كتابة دليل الأدوار، إضافة أمثلة لما يمكن قوله أو فعله، وتحديد قواعد السلامة.

تشكيل مجموعة اتخاذ القرار الخاصة بالمشروع  

• تختار الجهة الأعضاء المسؤولين عن مراجعة المشاهد، قبولها أو رفضها، وضمان جودة المشروع.

اختيار المشاركين في المشروع  

• يمكن للجهة قبول أو رفض الممثلين، فريق التصوير، فريق المونتاج، وأصحاب المواقع للمشاركة في مشاريعها.

إدارة سير العمل في المشروع  

• تتولى الجهة تنظيم التصوير، تنسيق المساهمين، تحديد الجداول الزمنية، وضمان تقدم المشروع من بدايته حتى اكتماله.

رفع المشاهد والمشروع النهائي للتصويت  

• يتم رفع جميع المشاهد والمحتوى النهائي وفق نظام التصويت الديمقراطي المعتمد في المنصة.

إدارة توزيع الأرباح الخاصة بالمشروع  

• يمكن للجهة تحديد نسب الأرباح، التحقق من أرقام الآيبان للمشاركين، وتقديم تفاصيل التوزيع النهائي.

تطبق منصة The Improvise رسماً ثابتاً للخدمة يعادل نسبة ربح عضو واحد من طاقم التمثيل. ويتم احتساب هذا الرسم بناءً على المدة الكاملة للفيلم أو العرض أو المحتوى النهائي.
